Flex Rise Consulting was founded in 2025 by Carmen and Lou, two purpose-driven leaders who saw firsthand how many hardworking individuals were being held back by poor credit, lack of guidance, and limited financial literacy. They recognized that real, lasting financial change requires more than temporary fixes, it requires education, strategy, and empowerment.
